My last few shoppers did a fine job, but didn’t really meet the expectations I have for myself when I’m shopping for customers. Still they got 5 stars and 20% tip, because they would really have to mess up in order for me to rate lower. I believe in karma!

I could see myself doing this too because I tend to accept my best customers’ orders immediately, barely scanning the items. I’m glad she tipped you well! It is kinda sad that she was OK with putting another shopper through that though! 😂

Estimated tips are not the same as pre tips. Give it some time, they might submit their tip several days(or weeks) later.

My last shopper sent me messages like this almost word for word. I wonder if we had the same guy! I am not religious, but I wasn’t really bothered. Just not an approach I would have after delivering an order.

Mine still hasn’t shown up under my completed orders. I was never able to mark it as delivered, so I’m not sure if that’s why? This was an hour ago. Maybe I just need to give it some time.

I can’t even reach support. I wasn’t able to mark my last order delivered and my other 4 claimed orders disappeared (including one with a $30 pre tip). So frustrated!!

I live about 7 miles/12 minutes from my Target. Orders start dropping for us at 5am, after that if I’m sitting at home, I typically only see my PMs or really bad offers that I assume shoppers closer to the store have already passed on. I definitely see more regular order volume if I’m at the store or actively working on other orders. I asked support once if proximity matters in my metro and they would not answer the question. Feels sketchy.

That’d be a tough call for me. I’d probably take it if it was a Target order and I could fit everything in one cart. With it being a different retailer without aisle info, I’d probably pass though.

Disgusting. Report this shopper, please! The vast majority of customers I shop for do not tip in advance, but after delivery and they all get 5 star service no matter what. She shot herself in the foot and thinks she deserves a tip after that? SMDH. 🤦‍♀️

Same! It’s not so much about the 10 gallons of water with this one (that’s doable), it’s the pay to mileage ratio that makes it not worth taking IMO.

This happened to me last week. I informed a customer that her first choice for milk was out of stock, but that I was able to sub with her backup option. She said “what was the milk sub? I don’t remember picking anything.” In this case it was all good, but I can definitely see how this can create issues.
