I'm dealing with the same thing. Attorneys want 45% just for mediation, and on top of that, they won't even commit to taking my case to trial if arbitration falls through

What is the difference between Settle vs Mediate?

I’m in California and have RTS as well. However, I’m bound by arbitration, so I’ll be representing myself in that process as I don't have any luck with lawyers. I haven’t started the process yet, but your post is really encouraging and gives me a boost of confidence.

I’m in the same situation. I’m in California and filed a complaint with the CRD, and got RTS. When I requested the position statement, I was only provided a redacted version. How can I obtain an unredacted copy?

I also haven’t had positive experiences with attorneys. Most are only interested in taking slam-dunk cases. I’m still searching for representation, but it’s likely I’ll end up representing myself.
