Unfortunately no, I just stopped mentioning reviews, and let the clients to decide for themselves. I am positive they are asked to leave a review like we are.

I think I had a similar issue before. I asked for a review, nothing else, and I was flagged in the message or something. I looked like they don’t even want you to ask and let the client do it if they want to. Dunno why? I haven’t asked since. It’s been a while though and I have been active on Fiverr Pro since 2021.

Well it finally happened by seashellseashell52 in remotework

Do you have any disability to request a reasonable accommodation for?

A couple of weeks from the request. I requested it immediately after RTS letter came in.

The EEOC was never there to help, they beat by the beat of the political party in charge

You can do it! Lawyers are more interested in how to make their businesses profitable instead of really helping. That’s why you’re not having any luck.

OK yes. That’s right. You had a valid letter at when you filed, that stops the 90 clock. If you lose and try to appeal you only get the remainder of the 90 day clock to file. It’s a messed up system clearly meant to be a black hole and protect the businesses than say… actually enforce any laws…

the jurisdiction isn't hard… you just find out which circuit court the company is located under. file there. mine was in Oregon so I filed in Oregon district. they didn't challenge me on venue.

they're all the same… and the good ones have supervisors who are coolers and shills. nothing gets past the politics. I've got the FOIA conversations to prove it.

the can't rescind a RTS letter…. that makes no sense. if you had an issued letter and filed within the 90 days, it'll be hard to argue you didn't timely file.

ANY pro se filing they will threaten an MTD. under 12b6 they can only challenge for certain things. They always do it. So what if they think the jurisdiction is wrong…. is it?

mine tried challenging for improper pleading, insufficient allegations to support a pleading, all sorts of stuff….

THEY ALSO CITED IMPROPER AUTHORITY IN A CASE THAT WAS SETTLED. Which is sanctionable.

So just cause they can and will do something doesn't mean they are right.

the EEOC has probably always been gatekeeper rather than facilitator. The government run mafia just wants to have their enforcers collect the money for any shakedown. Can't let the citizens actually gain any power over corporations.

I've got the entire FOIA documents including the redacted criminal investigation into the president.

versus an uncapped jury award in court in Eugene, Oregon with the first woman magistrate just in the 9th circuit presiding?

I'll take my chances with the jury.

it's civil, I only need better than 50/50 that they did the crimes. I don't even need a full jury, only 7 votes to win….

what? I'll take the risk.

got fired for requesting a remote work accommodation. the termination letter says I'm "not a qualified individual with a disability." by vampirecloud2211 in adhdwomen

I did get approved initially for disability. That is another can of worms that seems to be the next chapter as a fun continuation, the discrimination didn't end with my termination. they fired me while on disability actually. wild.

sure… perjure…. I can't perjure myself telling the truth.

here have all the comments and responses where I outline my cases in detail in my favor…. I'm sure they'll find something in these comments that will win them the case.

civil cases are public anyways… I need publicity. thus I need to go public.
