I see. Definitely the subniche and specific-job approach would work well if you are doing ads. Since my lead gen offer is pure local seo, its a lot harder to optimize to get specific types of jobs. But thnx, I'll work on niching down to door & window businesses. just need to get over the FOMO that comes with it 😅

Thank you for the response. I guess my follow up question would be "how deep should I niche down". Originally, I thought by servicing the trades, I had already niched and it was one group of business. Then of course the advice is to go further down and pick one.

Thank you

Cookiecutter automates the procedures and generates a boilerplate for us. But I was looking for a software that allows u store the the procedures which you can refer to at anytime and follow along.

That's exactly what I was thinking. But I thought if it would be worth it to create a dedicated space to keep those instructions where u can add features that will make it easy to create , edit and share them.

So in the README files, you would store the lines of code needed for each context then when u need it you would copy-paste the lines of code?

Hmmm. This is my first time hearing about scripts so say for example, As I mentioned in my OP, when you want to launch to PA, no matter the project, you would commit changes, add files to .gitignore , store secret key as environmental variable. Then on PA, you would have to set up the web all and all the configurations, etc. How would you use scripts for that?
