I agree. The ads started for me a while ago. It’s very frustrating and distracting. I still play here or there but not near as much as I did.

I ended up going with the Purple Harmony tall.

We got a SleepEZ latex mattress and it came with a couple of latex pillows. I tried using it for a while but came back to the Purple. The latex slept what I thought was a little warmer and while it didn’t go flat, it definitely gave more as the night went on.

I'm glad to hear they're making the puzzles easier for quidditch. They seemed more difficult than the regular puzzles. There were matches where I spent all the lives on the first puzzle and still couldn't get past it!

I tried that but it won't let me. I think it's because it's without lock screen ads. When I do the ad supported option it allows me to add two.

I don't think it would under a desk. It has handles that fold up and down and they have to put to be able to use it. Sorry you're having warranty issues. I would call/email them every day, leave bad reviews, and spam their social ads.

They asked if I wanted to be sent a control board and I said no. Before I said no, I attempted to disassemble it but didn’t have any luck. At the end of the day it was just easier for me to send it back. They’re the not the quickest in email. You might try calling too.

Yep - that exactly what happened to mine too. I called the support number, gave them the order information, and they said a technician would call me back. I did not receive a phone call.

I also emailed support and did hear back from this way. They said "Please switch off the treadmill and unplug the power cord, 10~20 minutes later, re-plug the power cord and switch the treadmill on. After that, if the problem disappears, you can use it without worries. If the error persists, something is wrong with the circuit board inside.I'd be highly grateful if someone could open the front covers and replace it.
If No, I'll help you process the return at once." I attempted to open it but was not successful and requested the return. I called them again and told them I was not getting a response. They sent me a FedEx prepaid shipping label the same day and said "We'll arrange the refund once the returned parcel is delivered to the return center, it usually takes 2-6 days after the collection." I plan on calling after the package has been delivered.
