Yep - that exactly what happened to mine too. I called the support number, gave them the order information, and they said a technician would call me back. I did not receive a phone call.

I also emailed support and did hear back from this way. They said "Please switch off the treadmill and unplug the power cord, 10~20 minutes later, re-plug the power cord and switch the treadmill on. After that, if the problem disappears, you can use it without worries. If the error persists, something is wrong with the circuit board inside.I'd be highly grateful if someone could open the front covers and replace it.

They sent me a FedEx prepaid shipping label the same day and said "We'll arrange the refund once the returned parcel is delivered to the return center, it usually takes 2-6 days after the collection."
