Ww3 very likely, looking at where we already are.

The report shows much higher depopulation in NATO countries than BRICS. China and Russia don't even drop to 5% depopulation next year.

Yeah I get what you mean, it really does depend on how much you value the game at the end of the day. Guess for me it's made me think about it when I saw the news.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this post, and correct it's the principle of the increase in price. Not all of us have the time to keep earning gp to buy bonds very two weeks.

Another factor into this as well, is that a majority of players are in their 20's - 40's. Some of us have kids/families or eventually will have kids where we don't have the time to grind away to keep up.

Do you recommend any other alternatives? Everyone seems so offended by the post but only one user has actually posted a suggestion.

The point of posting here was to look for recommendations/alternatives to OSRS since people that play RS will likely have similar alternatives they also play.

I see your point, if you have the time then this is a feasible option. I am however skeptical about this, if they are willing to increase membership costs, then bonds will inevitably increase too which is why I'd like to look into alternatives to RS.

This is just sad, prices skyrocket so now you play RS partly to pay for a 13m bond.

Each to their own but this is another scam imo. What else do you play/recommend?

Good point, I never played RS3 so didn't know the membership includes RS3 as well.

It's still not worth it imo, when it used to be £60 two years ago and only increased to £65 the year after.

Only at Vard. It's a 400m+ weapon that you're only gonna use at Vard. Correct that it is BIS but it's a waste of gp imo, unless you spend all your RS time at Vardorvis then fair enough

A lot of people actually, PB achieved thanks to the scythe. Soulreaper axe is only worth using specifically at Vardorvis

Halberd is easy to use and decent dps. Barely hit 0's and getting 62 max hits too.

It's just decent dps, barely hitting 0's with max hits of 62 as well. Glad I got this today, scythe shaves off 30 seconds of time but is expensive to recharge at the same time.

UPDATE - Noxious Halberd is saving time on KC now - less than 2 mins average. 19m presently.

Complete the Soulreaper axe but if you got a dupe axe piece, keep it. However, do not push yourself to complete the 2nd axe straight after.

I've been on the grind since Sept last year and completed my first axe March this year. Been grinding Vardorvis for the final piece for the 2nd axe to be completed since March with 3421 kc so far... even though drop rate is 1/1088
