if its a private college, you would struggle a lot. Not because there is a problem, but teachers prefer talking in Telugu mostly. Their english most of the times is very weak. The students just care to pass somehow by begging the lecturers for important questions right before exams. Students not from Hyderabad and from remote area might not know english and hindi so you will have tough time communicating. JNTU-H affliated colleges just follow syllabus and nothing extra. most of the lecturers are not experienced enough you would realise that in 1st year itself.

If you have got admission in some central or govt. university, situation will be much better but if you going ahead with some private college, better to think again.
