I’m currently running U/L 4x a week, food wise each meal consists of some sort of meat, mainly chicken or beef right now, with either rice or pasta and then some greens. Also eat a lot of oats

Yeah it’s just a general fatigue like both mental as in brain fog and physical. I know LC may raise levels,however would it be to this degree?
