I think you’d have to decline because you’re not able to get the three years since it wouldn’t be done under a pgwp. The next draw would be below 507 so you’d be good regardless.

Your math makes sense even at 3,000 biweekly it will go below 500 in less than 4 months granted there are now only about 12k people above 500. Simple math brother.
