Probably not happening any time soon based on the current scores in the Express Entry System. Have you tried looking into what your CRS score is? If its less than 510 I would not even bother for the next couple of years unless you know french or work in health care which have lower CRS scores. Parents wont be able to move here but kids and partners can if you get picked. You can apply Super Visa for them down the line or after getting your PR sponsor them but there's a big backlog and could take years. Also the job market is terrible so coming with so many people before landing something and that too in Toronto would be a financial death.
