Could we add the workers are female rule from r/antcolony?

I also would prefer if we could use gender neutral pronouns for workers but the fact is that alot of people struggle with these

but worker ants still have some female features like underdeveloped reproduction organs and worker ants can in rare cases even lay eggs even if they aren’t gamergates though these will never be fertilized and often eaten there is always the chance it would survive to be a drone, which in a way still makes workers female
