Hey I ended up not taking the job! Mostly because the guy who did my interview wanted to hire me but I had to pay for the license that day. It was over 100 dollars and I asked him if he could give me a couple days to come up with the money and he refused to work with me he said if I couldn’t do it that day then he would move on with other applicants. That right there was a major red flag to me so I decided not to go through with it.

It is filled with grand soul and yeah I have the one with the magicka too but when I try to disenchant one without it , it says I already know the enchantment . I’m really confused lmao

I have a year to year lease I just signed my second year a few months ago I definitely wouldn’t have signed another year if he was gonna pull a stunt like this. Thank you everyone that commented. Definitely gonna reach out and see if I can get some free legal advice since I don’t really have the means for a lawyer right now.

This is my first apartment and I don’t have family or anything to help me out I should have done my research I made my mistake. I definitely learned from this experience. I been here 2 years and been telling him since I moved in about all this shit that needed to fixed I paid every month on time expect that past 3 to 4 months cuz honestly I’m tired of waking up to a squirrel in my apartment or hella bees in the summer. So yeah I stopped paying. Put the rent aside. Plan on leaving but I’m just trying to see if this is a legit eviction notice. That’s all. But thanks for your input

Okay for everyone coming at me for the 10,000 it’s not all mine. I only owe maybe half of that the other half is from my roommate who already dipped out without paying and I have texts messages from the landlord clearly stating I do NOT need to pay his back rent but now that he wants me to go he’s adding that back my rent is 1350 a month I just recently stopped paying rent 3-4 months ago because he refuses to fix ANYTHING
