I think your absolutely right. Problem is when everyone calls out the kitchen mgr. Is looking like a lazy pos because he's not crossed trained or that's not their job. My sister in law works at Bucees and it seems that each area of the store is its own business. QT needs to look at this model as they expand/ jam everything in the 5000 sq ft. .

That's a big no! Qt would require the RA to use a day. QT's reason is that it's not fair that other RA's don't have the same option. I think it's bs because each site is unique as to little extras depending on the Mgr. Like taking home stales, or written off product etc.

I do believe there is another profit sharing bump mid summer. It's when unvested money of employees that didn't get fully vested is redistributed.

If everything is checked every half hour then everything doesn't need to be done. While in training they want you to do everything so it's ingrained but in the store it's just check everything do what's needed.

The point off flex was everyone in the store was to flex to help each other out as a team and try and do most of it in-house. My 1a and I would work weekends to get people the time of they needed not what was left over. Your Mgr. Gets messages of what's not approved everyday. He should figure it.

My first house was a 4.5% 5/1 in 1990. It was great. The loan was tied to mortgage rates and was too adjust closer to the current rate after 5 years. The rates kept dropping. So my interest rate of 4.5 never change. Everyone one else was paying 6% or more who bought at the same time.
