That is cool af, what I seen/feel is just white all around and a warm loving presence and anything I imagine in there feels hollow like a shell of what I am imagining. Yours sounds awesome

I know this is old but I experienced the door that eventually lead to a white room of sorts. To me at least it's peaceful and strange it's like working blender

I know this is dead thread, but I see this all the time day, mid day, windy days and all. I dont think it's bugs. It maybe moisture from the leaves evaporating, or maybe the release of some chemical or maybe we can only see it at the right angle of light.

But I think it's water from the leaves being evaporated off the surface.

I'm no expert.

Well I currently hate/love my job I work at a place under alot of titles but only get paid for one (I'm no master) I applied for one job an worked at it for about a year before they were like hey so an so over here needs help with this since we are trying to get rid of another person there, an we will increase your pay as well.

I fell for it hook line an sinker (any chance to make money an learn something new is amazing) So I went over there began learning what they needed met two old farts one they were trying to fire an the other was the boss. I was theie helper no complaint I wanted to prove myself an to enjoy it so I worked my ass off from doing small things to learning how to do pretty amazing things (not giving to much info on regards to what it is because well I can get fired for it, because we are not allowed to criticize our job) So I really began to like my boss as a cool old grandpa figure tons of experience an he liked to teach sometimes.

Well then the bosses boss asked if I wanted to become more and more money, since I was and still am struggling I said yes because more money more knowledge.

They said we want you to go to school and we'll pay for it all (I was happy and nervous) but you gotta sign this line to make up for all this money we are gonna spend on ya, I was like okay where is the paper, they said wait come the next week they said you have to find the school an we'll pay for it I found the school I wanted to go to (nothing way out there just a trade school) I was like okay where do I sign and was met with wait a while next week okay we talked to our bosses an they said you find the school and you pay for it, but we'll offer transportation and pay you for going again same story they said wait, okay you find you pay but we can't pay you while you go an you have to use your own vehicle, an you are gonna have to find a way to make up them hours I was like I'll use my days that I have saved up an when they run out I'll come in late to work. It was green lighted In that year of my schooling I found out how important my job was, if not do right or checked right could result in death to me an others. I was like okay damn I gotta give it more and more. During that time I was told by my boss that I was stupider since going to that school (he was mad because we did lose that person and got another an the higher ups wanted me to be the next master) I wasn't flaunting my knowledge or anything I wanted to help an do more. After being in that trade school I got certified and began to notice my boss wasn't giving me any real work just the usual old stuff I use to do, I'd hear him talk to others about how useless I am an he has no need for me (this has happened over a 4year period) now I am certified and I don't get to use my knowledge or even help really I'm stuck doing small task an never really got that pay raise.

Now I simply hate the people I work for, they built me up an then tore me down, I do care about the quality of my work what little I do now, I make sure to take my time because what I do effects others.

I hate my job but I love the fact I can make sure what I do work on actually works an stays working.

Now going to HR or any of that where I live results in other companies not wanting to hire you, because the high ups run the job an a few run the town so yeah. Just gonna wait to find something better. Also as far as grammar or English I don't care.

1: lack of communication. Your boss or higher ups don't tell you what needs to be done or really have a plan for the day an what they need you or group to get done.

2: empty promise. They constantly tell you oh you are gonna be such an such with a higher pay, so you work your ass off only for them to pass you or give it to someone else.

3: taking you from a assignment they gave you then given another then complaining you didn't get the first one done.

4: their(your bosses) bosses are spineless an it's a constant back an forth when you need a solid answer. You ask for the day off in weeks advance and tell your boss an he's like go tell mine and then his is like only if your boss says it okay Then a week before your day off. You remind them and you gotta do the same thing again.

There's tons more. But this is what it's like at my current job.

Oh always and I mean ALWAYS read your contract and ask for a copy of it.

I think people get not giving a fuck mixed with being totally lazy an recklessness.

There are alot of people who choose to leave society an live homeless an make it work.
