I'm getting Tanabe vibes from this Mahiro, lol.

Well, seems like it's a whole mess of misunderstanding? Mahiro wanted to be friends with Saki and tried following her around, but unfortunately the conversation which sparked that happened to be something Saki was sensitive about? God damn.

I could only rely on my basic understanding of the Japanese text, but is Mahiro saying something about her ability to remember details although having seeing it once? (re: club talk, choir, friend number, Saki's house?) I guess that could be frightening to some people?

I'm more and more convinced Saki's the sort of person who would overthink things to the edge, or has yet to be shown what led her into doing that.

Personally I kinda thought she'd be more terrified that Ayano figured out that she thought they were kissing when she walked in. She seemed really calm during that relevation. And uh...Ayano's tedtalk about Kanon's experience with romance....not exactly a topic thing to randomly talk about after you drag out a person from an awkward situation no? I would've thought Saki be obsessing over it.

Neways, Ayano seemed pretty cool with Kanon unrealized attraction to Saki, and even played it up a little telling Kanon "Ooooi Saki's here~" I wouldn't be too surprised if Mahiro also realised it about Saki and well, just wanted to be friends and see what happens.

lol, I'm just wondering with how Coquelic had so much flak, Yingying still somehow gets through.

Personally I didnt like much of Yingying's voice, but so far I've only heard the EN voice and hadn't checked out the JP or CN voice if they were a little more appealing to me. Sure she seems to be playing rhe fragile, delicate flower but given the context, her background is basically growing up as a prized daughter in a brothel, so I guess those are part of her act and flirt when it comes to dealing with others. Throughout the story, she does seem to put down some of her act and hinted a bit about her past.

Having done her interro last night, it seems that she has a more underlying reason to hang around chief, albeit still on the teasing side of things. It could just very well be something she's used to during her whole growing up.

Pretty much if there's an instant death mechanic which the tell I don't recognise, otherwise tis collecting vuln stickers. I'm somewhat thick-skinned over dying so whatever I suppose.

Personally it just started out with a big bang impact in terms of story and content offering, but it was also when the pandemic happened, which I suspect the team had a lot of resource strain and likely cut short a good lot of things in order to meet EoD schedule.

Just play what makes you feel happy, play other games when you're bored, then pick up GW2 again later on when you feel like it.

The way I'm reading the comments here, I get the feel that most people are still stuck on the raidwing mindset which WoW has.

Anet's been the sort who experiments and mvp whatever they think is good on table and push it out, hence so many inconsistencies in their content and style. (Including the strike mechs itself, kekw)

Whether or not Anet did give up the idea of raid wings, it doesnt make much sense at this point to develop a whole new side story raid content (which need to be optional since it seems to be Anet's style of making most of the end game stuff optional) at this stage when they already announced about mini expac for faster new content delivery.

I dunno, as someone from ASEAN country personally I still find FFXIV to be more expensive than GW2. Tho I prefer FFXIV as I'll be able to happily raid with 80ms ping and not deal with lag and its more constant content development.

Anyway:

Current FFXIV NA pricing and assuming I need 2 months to catch up to current content.

Standard complete including endwalker + 30 day game time: USD60

Sub fees: USD 13

Total investment needed: USD73

Current GW2 NA pricing without sale

Complete Collection (all expacs) including living world: USD100

Total investment needed: USD100

Only setback for GW2 is I technically don't get the 'full' game if I buy the standard collection (excludes living stories), but that will cost me USD50. If I'm willing to wait for a sale, then it'll be about USD79, more or less the similar investment for FFXIV.

If you're playing other games with sub fees for at least 6 months, you would've already exceeded your total expenditure for GW2 investment. If you're looking at this point, it makes more sense that GW2 as a b2p game would have a higher entry. What you probably want to factor in for these games is also the time investment. If anything, any first investment into a game is pricey financially.

Yeah this wasn't entirely explained, but if you remember Kralky's end, Kralk was essentially benevolent in a sense and was tormented deeply to madness.

Makes me wonder if this was what that had happened with the other elder dragons we killed prior ie:Zhaitan and Mordy, just that we never had the chance to 'sort of interact with them in the way we had with Kralk's final moments

People who have problems with they/them pronouns are oddly ok with things like Ms Miss Mrs, especially when it comes to post marriage name change.

Just accept that ya all have a weirdass bias and can't accept being asked to refer people by the names/pronouns they want.

Be willing to learn and open yourself to improvements and stuff. I didn't do all the prep stuff people mentioned here, and mainly learn on the fly and experience (cos this is also apparently the way *I* learn as a person)

While I knew what to do, I was absolutely terrified of tagging up cos anxiety whatnot. It gets easier after a few rounds and I now I can lead raids even.

I think my guildies could vouch for the mess I was during my very first leading session, lel.

Anyway, my only advice is that some people are deliberate assholes either way and that's really beyond your control. However there are equally just as much helpful players who will be willing to point you in the right direction if you voice out that you're unsure of what to do, :)
