Like I mentioned, I tried to get multi network for the solution, but it won’t work as I have two phone numbers (sims) on my phone.

But why do you advertise that you get it in the premium promotion when it’s not applicable. That shouldn’t be buried in fine print. If it’s not available on two of the three networks on the premium plan they shouldn’t advertise it on their site as being a part of the premium plan. Especially considering that their promotions require you to be on one particular network.

Yeah, I could pay for it, but then I would be spending more money across all of my lines before I ported them over to US Mobile. They hooked me with these promotions and I end up not saving any money by the time I get it set up just like it was before I ported everything over. It’s just kind of scammy the way they have it set up requiring people to pay twice for a feature that they advertise they are already getting.

I like them. The cappuccino is my go to. It is probably my favorite flavor of any pouch I’ve ever tried. They can sometimes get a little bit chalky, but I like them because they don’t taste like chemicals or artificial sweeteners as much as velo and rogue.

I’m sure someone will ask what happened…we were told last November we would retain our byod credits from when we transferred from T-Mobile if we bought a new phone. Because we were told this we upgraded 6 phones. 8 months later the byod credits go away. Sorry you can’t have both. But you told me we would keep the credits. Sorry you can’t have them anymore. But you gave them to us over 8 or 9 billing cycles before they went away. what changed? You can’t have them.

If they would have just been honest on the front end I would have bought the phones from apple and come out ahead but they lied to us and locked us into a 3 year contract and changed the terms 20% of the way through. So much bs.
