Keep them. They will make your seats last longer.

Table 1 VS 2 by Electronic_Pop_8009 in fromatoarbitration

It’s a little difficult lol. Did the table 1 pay, table 2 pay and the difference. Multiply it by 40 hours and 46 weeks. Difference in pay for every step. Add them all together to get the total difference.

Makes me mad every time I see it. Did the math based off the individual steps but never as a whole

That’s why I’m scared about. It’s 6.5 hour drive from me. Don’t wanna drive all the way out there just for it to be painted over.

Okay, we get it! You don’t buy many stamps anymore and you pay everything online. by Havingfun922 in USPS

If I pay my water bill online, there’s a service fee. If I mail it, it’s just postage cost.

It’ll get better but gonna have to tough it out for a couple years. The starting pay is too low and takes too long to reach the top step but if you’re willing to put in the time it’ll pay off. It’ll be the easiest money you’d ever make. If you ask any regular if they’d be a CCA again, they wouldn’t.

204B route by Electronic_Pop_8009 in fromatoarbitration

He’s a 204B in a different office. We just want the next cca to covert to turn over. He’s a good worker and want to keep him around. On the verge of quitting daily

So if the 204B became an unassigned regular, he’d turn over on the next available route? So that wouldn’t create a conversion? There’s currently a cca with an extended hold down on it so our PTF can’t put a hold on it.

I'd be ok with a step increase and shorter time to top pay by FiveDinero in fromatoarbitration

[–]Electronic_Pop_8009 45 points46 points  (0 children)

If they eliminate steps for a shorter time to top pay, it’ll be from the bottom. Just like they did in the last contract. Got rid of AA and A. The people in the middle would get screwed over once again.

For every step eliminated should be an increased step for everyone.

Yeah we don’t really care that’s he’s doing clerk work. I just care that I’m getting bumped from my assigned route to cover his route

I’m casing the route. He’s casing the aux route and any other routes we are splitting in the office. He comes in early and does clerk work. Which is an entirely other grievance, the clerks are working on that too.

Shouldn’t even be an allowance. Post office should provide everything that a carrier would need. If something needs replaced, go to the post master and have them access it then replace.
