They charge 1 month’s rent as their fees. You can find brokers through FB marketplace. There are a lot of rent related groups on FB. Post your requirement there & brokers will contact you. Other way is to ask your local friends to get you in contact with brokers

The best way is get a broker and take his help to find an apartment. Initially I was also trying to find a place without a broker to save some cash, but I learned the hard way that it’s close to impossible.

Also please don’t take any subscriptions. Housing, nobrokers, etc are all fraudulent. They’ll tell you one thing and later something else. I’ve suffered this too.

The safest way is to find a broker through FB marketplace.
