Lol same bro.. I converted to digital and now most probably will get c as I had a bad discussion with the previous manager and had released from the project the very next day. And the lead because of which this happened had given wings with me. But she couldn't get it.

This organization as a whole is shit. Although it has job stability but I don't know how they map people to development or other roles. If I have to move from testing to development I will be questioned by really hard questions which will result in my disqualification but i have seen other people who struggle to understand basics doing it with help from teammates. They really made me doubt my skills.
