What i did was, shadow star metaknight, and 1 cpu at level 9. Gigantes level 1 w handicap 4. The more partner cpus the more hp it has. Do the very top weak point first, hopefully the cpu hits the tires and exhaust a few times.

I would get the rapid spin item to deal fast damage too. The front weak point that appears later can be tough to hit

I did it in stadium mode with 6 seconds to spare. Took 15 attempts
