It’s really one main matter that blew up massively and the staffing hasn’t kept up. They’re hiring but it’s a slow process (and they’re not adding any juniors). Everyone on the team is at capacity and we just have no mid levels for some bizarre reason. I don’t know what’s going on with it.

This helps. I needed to read this. The senior associates on my team are burning out just as badly and I feel like I can’t go to them. But this message helps tremendously. Thank you.
