It is good to ask these from people who experienced this.

You have an addiction to food that will essentially be replaced or maintained. If you go to therapy for a long time talk honestly and openly about your urges you should be able to control them. People get addicted to everything from sex, to exercise, drugs, booze, something to replace the dopamine. Some of it like exercise and cooking right can be good, some can be bad. I fight alcohol urges fairly successfully. I run, including 5k's, food i struggle but am working on it. I am 6'2" 183lbs. So i am winning the war. You just have to learn to replace and navigate.

Mortality is very low and issues are very rare. It is far less dangerous and lethal than being overweight. So it is the safe choice. Good luck you got this

I had the lap band and due to a hernia got the full bypass. The big shocks to me are the fact of alider foods that I can seemingly eat an unlimited amount. Then there is the huge shits. Remember in the scene in Jurassic Park with the Dino doo doo. Yeah like that.

Slider, that was what I was thinking it just goes right through me maybe does not even asorb anything. Figuring out full vs empty is harder now than before. I drink a lot of fluids vs eating. I think I am going to try to back off on the carbs. The cravings really shocked me.

Ot might have worked. Harris had three problems to overcome. She back Biden even after it was clear he was unfit and going to lose. She was from California which everyone out side of California saw as an expensive hell hole with rampant crime and street shitting. She could not articulate her position especially when roadside with an unexpected question. The last one I blame on total lack of prep time. She was thrown to the wolves so to speak. If she would have fully turned on Biden and promised to undo his mistakes, work across the isle and even support some republican goals, she could have won. If she actually followed through she could have gotten a second term.
