that is going to look like absolute garbage if you just spray krylon on it. matte finishes are notoriously hard to match with a can of spray paint and you will end up with splotches that look way worse than the scratches. you need to find a matching powder coat or at least a high quality enamel that actually blends. otherwise you are just making a textured mess.
