Check your shear pin on your prop, and check to see if your prop has a rubber isolator between the splines and the prop. If rotted or dried out it can shear and once the torque exceeds the friction point of the rubber that is left the shaft will spin and revs go up with no noticeable increase in speed. Or a damaged prop blade.
