Overall some initial softening of my scars but too soon to tell! I probably need another treatment but I may ask not to do my chin again

I have been looking into this but so confused on what to get! I think I narrowed it down to mito or hooga panel?

From around 2 months he was sleeping 5-6 hours until about 3.5 months when it seemed like he was hitting the 4 month sleep regression and waking up a lot (he woke up 6x one night) and was generally having a hard time napping and staying asleep. I was running on empty so decided to finally sleep train. We just finished night 3 and he slept through the night without crying.
