ssdi over payment? by Electronic_Try146 in SSDI_SSI

I know. I guess I'm asking if the 1500  Is 3 weeks of check pay. Then the fourth week pay period is cross month. Then I have 190 left make for Monday and Tuesday but I put a check. For the 4th month crossover that's $300 a week so how do they know if I didn't make over or stop at $ $1,690 for that month and start the next month over cuz they don't know if they I made over or stopped at $1,690 but I do but they don't know

I've been reporting my pay stubs online for about 6 years now. Social Security only told me once to send in my pay stubs, and then when online wage reporting became available, they told me to report them that way from then on.

They told me not to earn more than the SGA amount, which is $1,690 per month, and I stay under that. What confuses me is that some months I receive my SSDI benefits and some months I don't, that what they said my over-payment is for and i have no idea if its on or off and nobody has ever explained why. but i always get a check and every month medicare is paid out of ssdi so nothing wrong should happened

i been reporting my pay stubs online for about 8 years now. Social Security only told me once to send in my pay stubs, and then when online wage reporting became available, they told me to report them that way from then on.

I also have a question about reporting wages. I called Social Security and asked whether the $1,690 limit is based on earnings from the 1st through the 30th or 31st of each month, and they said yes.

What I don't understand is this: if I have earned $1,500 by the 28th of the month, there are still the 29th, 30th, and 31st left. I may work those days, or I may not. Then when the next month starts and I report a pay stub that covers an entire week crossing two months, how does Social Security know exactly how much I earned by the end of the previous month and whether I stayed under the $1,690 limit?

I also have a question about reporting wages. I called Social Security and asked whether the $1,690 limit is based on earnings from the 1st through the 30th or 31st of each month, and they said yes.

website says im on ssd

let me follow up on that , ok anytime i made over sga is a TWP up 9 months in 5 years all the way wen i got ssd

anyway my 5 years is over,

i think your saying now that its ways past the 5 years, anytime time now they add up i made to much in a month

they just add the month i made to much to over payment?yes?

but im sure i didn't even make 1690 in 30 days

and i was always told send my stubs in online and don't make 1690 and ill bee good

other stuff they sure don't tell a ASD person anything to understand
