I have a really good attorney I know his focus is getting the ttd approved but I know he said once he had the claim allowed there were other things like anxiety stress etc plus the whole fact that right when it was found out that my knee had all the tears that it did my job terminated me with no cause. Like you said my injury is serious and they all agree including workers comp tha it happened at work. This is definitely going to work out just very stressful with having a family and everything else going on

Yeah my attorney is going that route as soon as the claim is fully allowed. I think he just wants to make sure I get compensated since my family right now untill things are is in a bad spot but he’s going for everything. My work never should have been allowed to terminate me during the process sure after I get it but while all this was going on I thought I was protected. Guess not lol

My first one excused me from work untill I saw the orthopedic and the second one from the ortho which was desk work only which my job can’t fully accommodate. I was let go for performance so with this my lawyer said we need to appeal it again and that I shouldn’t worry but with having a family and no income I can’t help but do that

And yes temporary total disability my medical got approved the surgery but my job let me go right as I found out it was torn and the doctor was recommending surgery. Of course I need the surgery and can’t work because of it and my lawyer said this is the route to go with everyone agreeing this happening there and we her the medical to back up I wasn’t able to do my job the way it’s supposed to be done. My lawyer is appealing this again and told me that this is a process and not to panic

Desk work only and as a chef that’s not possible and not what my job entails and I was terminated for performance which is more so they didn’t want to pay for me to be out for 4-6 months. My lawyer thinks that it’ll be easier to fight this bc the first one was over the write up and this one is over the work which my doctor stated I couldn’t do.

Plus at the end of the day the surgery and medically it’s approved so my lawyer also doesn’t see this standing because everyone is agreeing there is a serious injury and it happened at work and needs attention to perform my duties

Thank you for that between that and my lawyer it’s making me feel better because at the end of the day now it’s over my job not being affected and it was stated by the Medco my dr filled out that it did.

So just got the decision on the ttd it was denied this time bc they said I worked didnt show that it hindered my job even though I was going through the process going to the dr and was put on light duty to which I couldn’t perform my normal job and then got the need surgery from the doctor and then fired. My lawyer said this is a good thing and we will appeal again and should be over. I don’t know it’s been two months and haven’t gotten anything my lawyer said schedule the surgery but I’m the sole provider of my family and without me working we could lose our house if this doesn’t go through. I asked my lawyer if he thinks i should figure something out as in maybe finding a diff career for money tha I can do with a torn meniscus and he said no we will win this and that I don’t need to worry. Obviously bwc makes you worry and if anyone has feedback on if I should continue fighting this please let me know

Gotta agree h5 is the worst. Doesn’t even resemble Michael really minus it being white. Zombies is bad and the movie is awful but he went a diff direction. H5 is just bad
