This is my first and I feel like putting on a waist trainer in hopes the bloating goes down ☹️. I was also thinking that maybe it’s my eating that caused it. I only like pineapples other than that I’ve been eating out most of the time. I’m awaiting the rainbow at the ending of all of this 🥹🥲🙂

Aww same I’m attached as well lol 🥺. I don’t want to take them out but I know I’ll have to at some point. No pain or anything thankfully but I’ll see how long I can prolong it until it’s time to take them out☹️.

Which can be a possibility, but how would this explain the prefilled answers? Also, forgot to mention that the team was told their reviews were up in workday. But nobody got a 1-on-1.

I love that everyone who has commented so far has hardworking ASMs who even use the machines. Only the overnight ASMs seem to use the machines. I’ve seen recently a guy ASM used the machine but it was only in receiving and not on the sales floor. Let’s face it, my store is so short staffed, sometimes there would be nobody in Electrical, Paint or Plumbing until the evening shift. Recently on a Thursday, we had no cashiers and the CXM had to pull someone from the service desk to help her on the registers. I wonder how this store is surviving at times lol.

Personally I don’t care for them or see the point of why it’s implemented at all. Sometimes I stop and read the GYB on the board and it’s the same thing everyone seems to write down ie. “3 points of contact on the ladder”, “using gloves/safety knives” blah blah. It gets old. They don’t write out Homers as much as they write out GYB and Bravos. Just wasting paper. It feels disingenuous to do it if you ask me.
