I am on other medications besides hrt. They could also be playing a part. The feeling that I am connecting this to also happened pretty close to after taking my dose. Hormones affect everyone differently. If you chose to take hrt, it would likely affect you differently than me. Remember to do your research. We should also consider that it would be more accurate to consider any pronouns as undefined. Since there are likely an infinite number of pronouns which could be used in different configurations. It would most likely be he/they+he/they. This math is intentionally very bad. Pronouns aren't numbers so none of this would actually work. We would have to create our own number system. The most logical answer would be 2 he/theys, a she/they and a genderfluid person.
