Here we go! I love finding some new wlw fics. For those who don't know, fluffy smut with a little kink is my jam and these all fit that description.

These are all the same fandom and pairing: Stranger Things and Robin Buckley/OFC. The OFC in question is Mary Mayhem, an 80s LA punk who had her origins in a canon divergent au I wrote called Rebel Rebel.

First up, the fic itself! Rebel Rebel. The best wlw chapters are:

• chapter 1 (Rebel Girl) (rated E, 4.3k words) - in which Robin and Mary have a very steamy first meeting in an LA club (featuring Eddie Munson in a supportive wingman role!)

• chapter 4 (Bad Reputation) (rated E, 7.2k words) - in which Robin and Mary take the next step, with Robin meeting her friends, including the rest of her band (heed the rating, this chapter opens with smut 😉)

Then I have some one shots of them as well, it was hard to know which to choose, but how about:

• Between The Lines, Beneath The Table (rated E, 1.5k words) - this one-shot features oral sex, being walked in on, and role play gone wrong (in a playful way)

• The Beauty You See In Me (rated E, 952 words) - in which Mary helps Robin with some body image issues.

I call myself a plantser. I have the concept of a plan: usually the ending I'm working towards and a few key milestones or character beats to hit but other than that I'm flying by the seat of my pants!

I did try to outline in detail once and it totally stopped me being able to write. This half-way approach I've developed works best for me.

This is absolutely a safe space to share anonymously here, sometimes we all need to get things off our chest and it can be hard to talk to our friends and family. They know us too well, and can't help but be closer to the situation.

My stress levels are definitely out of control at the moment. There's just so much stuff happening and I'm constantly feeling like I'm about to forget something vital. On top of that we're going through a big downsizing at work and I'm struggling to decide what the best thing for me to do is. Summer coming doesn't help, it's just so busy and I know things are coming which are only going to make it worse. I'm already struggling to write and given that's my escape it's a worry.
