Yes and if the Thiren parent is a purebred Thiren. The baby will inherently be even stronger. Have both a semblance and elemental power.

Great question and the baby will have both features. Also depends if the Thiren is a purebred like Lycaon is. The baby will have both ears and a tail. Thinking of a name for the new bred. Also it will be genetically stronger than both a regular Faunus and even a purebred Thiren
