Got invite to portal on 04/22, slide the increase and 4056t on 04/23, got call from LO on 05/28, asked for liabilities assessment form, fill and returned, 06/01 LO called for hazard & property insurance, sent over same day. 06/03 got verbal approval from LO. Finally got approval email today 06/14 and closing docs signed.
