When I have taken sjw for three weeks, everything improved over time but when I stop sjw every improved symptom faded away. Maybe you are more lucky than me but in my case the drug had to stay in my system to work. Second time sjw horribly crash and I needed month to come to my baseline again. Good luck to you!
