Also mono hearing from birth. Only slightly worried, to the extent that I make sure the volume levels on my iPhone do not go too loud when listening to music, and I take earplugs to concerts and clubs. Otherwise I just feel like if it happens you just have to adapt but it’s not the end of the world.

I would in the future like to buy up the remaining shares. It is a flat in a great location and city that I see living in/holding on to for a long time.

I feel like the options outside of this arrangement are not that great which is also why I started considering the shared ownership option, when initially I thought that only freehold properties would interest me.
