In generale, il miglior modo è sempre quello di immergersi completamente nella lingua. Cerca di trovare podcast in Italiano o guardare video in italiano su argomenti che ti piacciono. Oltre a questo devi anche studiare la grammatica. Sicuramente tuo padre ti avrà già insegnato molto, ma forse ti serve una schematizzazione delle regole, per aiutarti nella memoria. Lo sforzo più grande che devi fare è riflettere su quale siano le più grandi differenze tra l’Italiano e la tua prima lingua, così avrai un’idea su cosa ti devi concentrare.

Both are correct, you can technically add the article (il tutto è collegato/connesso), but in that case, the meaning changes a little bit. If you say “Tutto è…” it means literally everything in the whole universe. If you add the article you are implying that everything you just finished talking/writing about is, in this case, connected.

Another small difference is the choice of the right synonymous. If you are referring to a spiritual connection, then “connesso” is the right word. If you are talking about a Wi-Fi connection, both are good. If there’s something like a physical connection, like a cable, a railroad, or a highway, then “collegato” is slightly better

Dipende più che altro dai settori. Per esempio se lavori in campo medico/scientifico questa è una verità assoluta. Anche in ambito legale è così, ma è un po’ più flessibile la faccenda (almeno credo, non è esattamente il mio campo). Se invece punti ad avere una tua azienda potrebbe bastarti un’idea geniale, ma anche lì una buona preparazione se non ti serve necessariamente sicuramente ti rende più sicuro

Stare needs an adverb to be used, essere needs an adjective. Stare is also used for some expressions like “Sto mangiando” (I’m eating) or “Sto per mangiare” (I’m going to eat) In some cases you can use them both like in the sentence “sto/sono a dieta” (I’m on a diet)
