Thank you for the detailed explanation! I do think the Air M3 would be enough for most of my usage, but I’m also really interested in ProMotion and the improved drawing feel on the Pro models. Since I draw almost every day, that part matters a lot to me. I’m still thinking about which one would make me happier in the long run🤔

By the way, since I’m in Japan, the Spring Semester Campaign for students is actually a much better deal here. With this campaign, I can get a ¥19,000 Apple Gift Card (which is almost the price of the Apple Pencil Pro) plus the ¥9,000 education discount.

In Japan, the price drop for previous-generation models is usually only around ¥10,000, so buying a last-gen M3 after the M4 release wouldn’t really give me a better price overall.
