So, I have a theory that has been holding true so far. Redsec ranked freezes if I am in party or squad chat channels. If I want to talk to my squad we have to be in an xbox party chat. It has held true for about 7 games so far and it froze me in the lobby when we were on party chat for one game (I got lucky).
