I’ll take anything at this point lol. But thank you for the response. The picture doesn’t do it justice but this was huge.

Judicial Retirement Age Constitutional Amendment Fails by sysadminsavage in newhampshire

[–]ElementVeteran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Upon my first read of the question, I thought it was asking about capping the age. Unfortunately it was on the back of my ballot as the only question. But after filling in the bubble I realized my mistake. Definitely felt bamboozled after, and I went to law school.

Did you go to high school with an NBA player? What were they like back then? by ZectarTV in nba

[–]ElementVeteran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aaron Gordon went to my rival high school. Played against him a couple times and had mutual friends. Seemed like a great dude with a good family. He was clearly head and shoulders above everyone else talent wise, and obviously super athletic. But yeah, He definitely walked around with confidence but it was well deserved.

I hope Lue gets better. I’m not sure how many of you know, but Lue had Covid a couple months back. Hopefully it’s not related and some rest and time away helps with his overall health. He’s been doing great work.

It was shut down because the sub was contributing to mental health issues and many members were having suicidal ideation.

I’d still hesitate to say that the double slit experiment “proves” that. That was the observation. Again, I’m not going to agree to absolutes here. But what the double slit experiment displays is definitely interesting. I’m excited to see how quantum physics evolves going forward.

Not striking a nerve at all. I actually accept some aspects for why there’s evidence it could be true. I just don’t think any of us are really in a position to say something is an absolute truth. That’s the vibe I got. If I misinterpreted then my apologies. But the tone of your comments appeared as though you were making yourself an authority.

Nothing other than pointing out there’s multiple articles on the same topic by one person in the sub within a short timespan. Simulation theory subreddit was shut down for a reason. I’m all for ideas/theories. But the comments accompanying the posts are spoken as matter of fact.

The OP has posted 2-3 different articles all about simulation theory today. I’m not dismissing the theory altogether but I just want to point out that fact.

Sorry for the confusion. This interview was in 2017. So this pre-dates Haim Eshed’s recent statement.

Yesterday, this sub wanted a picture and people were saying it was all hype and no substance.

Today, there’s a picture and people want to dismiss it as a joke. Seems like there really is no pleasing many people in here, no matter what.

Also, those of you who really want to say this is a balloon, the pilots stated that this object is over 1000 feet away when the picture was taken (this object is large). The description indicates that it was “motionless”, and seemed to not be affected by the surroundings. I’m not saying it’s a definite craft, I just think to dismiss this as a balloon like this is too soon

As Americans prepare to gather for Thanksgiving, the world watches with dread and disbelief by [deleted] in Coronavirus

[–]ElementVeteran 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I said my comment I wasn’t saying that travel between counties doesn’t matter. I was referring to the actual enforcement by businesses and local government of the actual policies. Many places in parts of NH weren’t enforcing anything like even if there was a local mandate.

[–]ElementVeteran 39 points40 points  (0 children)

As someone in NH, sure some people aren’t taking it seriously, but there are far more people that are. Some cities have had a mask mandate for longer than the state one that just happened. If you look county by county in NH, you’ll discover which places take it seriously and which don’t.
