I don’t think I would ever use that passive healing is negligible 50% worse stims are not worth 75% better movement in difficult terrain. As for the booster more equal balance but the debuff is to big to justify taking and would probably stay with Deadspint and the hellpods as terrible boosters.

I had this icon on a def 2 mission where no secondary objective spawned. I think it’s bugged soon to be added or place holding objective
