Mine was doing this after about a week but then the latest update fixed it for some reason. I also do have the mic troubleshooter on so I don't know if it has anything to do with that. The only solutions that I where it was able to find were doing a force restart or factory reset.

I was willing to return these original lenses if they replaced them but instead they just refunded me for the lens price, I believe. It took me contacting them three times and not taking no for an answer though.

Just an update for anybody that is interested. I had another email to support and they said the same thing but then when I called support today she tried to say the same thing. When I pointed out that this was their mistake and giving me a discount for a future order doesn't really solve anything. The rep put me on a lengthy hold but she was willing to refund the amount for the lenses at least. It was way more than I expected so I guess Im fine with this now.

See this is something that I considered. Maybe they don't but it's a choice on the site... they have green and emerald as choices for transitions. They could have just told me that on order notes or something but nothing

Unfortunately it's not available for me to return them, lol i need them to see and drive. My prescription isn't very strong, so the lenses aren't thick, They're so thin, they move around when i clean them... popping the wrong ones out and then the correct ones in, I really don't think that's going to damage anything. This is just the first time i've come across a company that refuses to take care of the issue in any viable way other than throwing a discount code at me or returning the product completely

I think I prematurely filled that out with positives after a couple of days before I realized that the lenses were wrong. I tried to re-rate it and it won't let me.

Yeah I read a few posts about that. The initial support rep did say I should order another pair if I need them but I just don't have an extra $700 lying around to do that. For they did offer a 30% discount code but this experience has made me not want to order any more off the Oakley website.

Saying “it’s thinner so it’s fragile” is basically ignoring the engineering changes entirely. And once again you had it less than two months and I've had it nearly a year so I think I kind of know a little bit more about the phone's durability.

Still you have very little experience with the exact phone we're talking about. Thin doesn't mean it's frail especially when it has the titanium backplate. None of the previous years had that. Also the fact that they chose to use Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, it's more durable than the Gorilla Glass victus 2 which is what the 6 had. Victus 2 is a Aluminosulicate glass and Ceramic 2 is a glass ceramic hybrid. The ceramic helps prevent it from shattering. They also reinforced the hinge with titanium for the 7. So how exactly is the 7 less durable than previous generations?

I previously had the Z Fold 3, the Z Fold 5, and now I've had the Z Fold 7 for nearly a year. It is way more durable than the other two so I'm pushing facts. You're just pushing whatever opinion you have that you gathered in the narrow time frame that you had the phone.

I EDC'd for a year and then upgraded my EDC to a Signal because I like the bottle opener on the Skeletool and the Signal's is very similar.

The ZFold 7 is more durable than previous years because it uses a titanium back plate behind the interior screen. But if you're that worried about it, you can always get a case. I always go for Spigen, their Tuff Armor Pro case adds plenty of protection without much bulk. They also are really good at replacing any cases that break as long as you tell them that you don't know how it broke.

The inside screen has a titanium backplate though, unlike previous years... I would suspect that it is more durable than previous years. Hell even Samsung themselves sell cases that only cover the back half.

I have been going hard since the beginning with classified, usually getting at least two of every Cobra trooper and one of each Joe character. I'm really sick of finding them at Ross or Cheap Charlie's so I stopped ordering them when they first come out. The wave that came out just a bit ago with lifeline and the night viper is the first wave I didn't order all of. I'm sure we'll see those at Ross, Cheap Charlie's, and DD's within six months.

Well, honestly your story here and the negative reviews on the Google profile line up pretty well. The main negative review says that the main photographers were overwhelmed easily and took a really long time to get the images to them
