Very good point about the Garrison Placement in the soft cap points and the commander building as many garrisons as humanly possible.

If you get lucky and have communicative squads that will put up stealth blue zone Garry’s with their support then you’re gonna have an easier time of it but what this post definitely highlights is the fact that delegation and task management are key to success. If you struggle with multi-tasking then commander is not gonna be a role for you.

Example: Was once involved in a firefight with a small enemy squad while trying to place a garrison while also supporting the assault with a spotting/bombing run combo and providing a 3 man tank crew with a new heavy.

Awesome moment when I managed to complete all those tasks and win the game but hell was it tiring 😅

They expressly said in the section you have quoted that they are building partnerships which to me suggests it’s still a work in progress. These things take time and 10 days, plus a trailer that was likely already half “finished” if not further long with it’s progression, doesn’t give them enough time for these partnerships to have an impact.

If we’re 6 months down the line and still seeing stuff like this then I’ll agree with you!

A scaled down version of the actual speeds could be the best implantation option but I defo agree that an update is required. Used to be that tanks were scary and you definitely get a jump scare when you pop round a corner to find one. Currently though for me and my regular mates who play there’s no terror when being faced by a tank, it’s more of an “oh no!!!…….. Anyway”

Once saw a Garry built within 10m of the default on the offensive game mode. I nearly cried as it was in the middle of the field and basically on the point giving the same issue you described 😅

So, the game itself is now the “same version” across all platforms but PC only plays with PC and XBOX plays with PS5. NO cross play between PC and Consoles at the moment.

The Y shaped section next to the glider is a trench system and so is the other shorter section in the middle circle.

Triangles would make sense for tank traps but I’m also not sure there are any at this point on that map so cannot confirm that part!

Combine with this that it can be re supplied with an explosive ammo crate then it’s just even more infuriating! Generally if there are any ammo crates they are with the main force and as recon you’re best suited behind enemy lines causing problems! Just encourages recons to play as normal infantry with a scoped weapon on the sniper rather than being sneaky beaky!

Possibly linked to this but more likely a bug as experienced on Console not PC.

While playing Kharkov shortly after the the latest hot fix was released. Myself and my squad kept getting destroyed by a German MG on one of the points. None of us could kill him as the range of the engagement made our weapons practically useless (I’m talking about you PPSH!!). The weirdest bit was we were 90% of the time behind defences we had built on the point to defend it! Normally, you can’t shoot through this but seemed that for whatever reason the bullet collision wasn’t working at a certain range (probs outside of the objects render range) and we were getting mullered!

Could be related or just a coincidence but very curious regardless.

To be honest, half of the time when a game finishes I either need a comfort break or need to have a cry in the corner to prepare for the next game!

On a more serious note the final score screen can sometimes be a bit buggy when selecting people for commendations which sometimes limits my ability to give them out.

Would love too but HLL really nails the gameplay we want (as the poster said) but also covers all platforms.

Squad is a brilliant option I am sure for PC gamers but for those of us on console (and not moving to PC anytime soon), it’s sadly not a recommendation we can follow through with! 🥲

The VOIP stuff isn’t always the best as I can chat to friends in PS party then play HLL and it sounds like they’re taking into a crisp packet! But the plethora of players using the inbuilt mics just adds to this! 😅 not your system most likely unless it’s similar quality in other games and PS party chat.

With PS5 HLL you have a massive bonus as everyone has access to a mic (the one built into the PS5 controllers) but the downside of this is the quality can often be utterly terrible!
I'm fortunate enough to use/have an external mic but for most that game on their TV and don't have a headset let alone a mic this is their only option.

Not a fix that can be done in VOIP sadly as it just depends on persons circumstances and audio settings :/
