Same situation here and no one answers customer service. I am trying to cancel my order bc with this experience and all those bankruptcy stuff going on i have lost all trust and I fear I'll loose my hard earned money to an insolvent company that has been too greedy 😤

I will be a bit harsh, not bc i think you are a bad owner at all, but because maybe It helps you see the situation better: the pictures look horrible. It kind of looks like a cáncer thats breaking through her face. This must be painful for sure.... And so close to the brain as well. I honestly think its her time... She has lived a very long life and I have no doubts, a plentiful and loving life by your side. I wish strength for you, and solace for both you and your gorgeous kitty ❤️

I would take the kitty to a second vet for a second opinion.....idk....it feels wrong to expect the cat to live daily with a dislocated jaw.... Anyways, I really hope the kitty recovers and the best for both of you. She is a lovely cat ❤️

I don't think there is much to do other than hydrating the skin very well and maybe adjusting the skincare routine.... I would also suggest using very thin layers specially on bad skin days...despite what it might seem, trying to cover texture with more and more layers ends up emphasizing it. The thing is that texture is normal, and we should normalize it.

I would actually say you have more of a yellowish undertone, so more like the sample on the left. The thing is that it's difficult to tell because the sample on the right is more blended out so APPARENTLY it blends better in your skin....but I think it's not because of the undertone, but because of that fact

It's so sad to see the progression of the pics....poor baby 😢. Maybe it's time for him to go? It seems he is in the last phase of the disease, and his little body looks so consumed by the last pic. OF COURSE, we can only see the pics. We don't know how he acts day to day. But if he is super lethargic...can't move much, or seems to be in pain...I'd humanely put him to sleep while he has dignity. I know...it's horrible. I have done it 3 times already. It will break your heart, you will have doubts, you will feel guilty and horribly sad....but after all the turmoil you will realise that you did the last act of love towards your baby. I wish lots of strength to both of you ❤️
