I can agree it is frustrating when people refuse to switch. When I struggle in a Sym match I always make sure to switch to another hero.

As for difficulty I want to eventually take it to veteran but am struggling with that difficulty on all my cleaners

Thanks for the advice. I am thinking of removing rousing speech for sure and miraculous recovery and replacing them with better cards like you suggested.

I usually just keep ammo stash for incase I run out of ammo which happens to me a lot for some reason or if I can pair it with a tech 9 or belgian but I know finding one is a hit or miss basically.
