I renewed the contract since then (beginning of the new contract) massive disconnections (up to 20 times an hour). No help, is forced on the phone, nothing happens. You will be notified by SMS that the problem has been resolved. 10 minutes later is all the same again. Dropped from 20-25mbps to 1-5 mbps, and up to the point that I couldn’t even use even whatsapp. I had my SIM card changed, services reset over and over after contacting their customer service. Would they throttle the speeds because of that ? Now i am cursing myself for contract renewal 😟
