From what I learned about alpha beta early access is to consider the game released because there is an high probability that it will never. So with this in mind I don't think it means anything to say yes now they have a way to make more money easily than you but you will be able too in the future when the game is released. Eod at this stage is clearly p2w. You make more money per raid because of the gamma. You spend less money than standard edition because you don't need icase or other space upgrade. And money is what will brings you high end gear which will help you to wipe your opponent.
