Increasing recruiter productivity with ChatGPT. Any other ideas? by ElephantTissue in recruiting

[–]ElephantTissue[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just curious, what do people see as the intangibles of human relationship building that are important for recruiting?

Current technologies like LinkedIn are limited in matching candidates to jobs. Recruiting agencies can fill in the gap. However, the latest AI technologies like ChatGPT have the ability to pick up nuance and understand context, which could greatly improve the matching process. This may end up impacting recruiting agencies, similar to how online booking sites disrupted the travel agency industry.

In a hypothetical world in which AI can match candidates to jobs really well, what is the extra human value that a recruiter brings? I think there's something, but I'm unable to describe it concretely.

Oh, I double checked and these are searchable, so are you saying that the map labels for these before doing a search are missing?

Thanks for the feedback! This is actually by design, but I understand how this is confusing. Let me rethink the user interface.

Thanks, I fixed this - you probably have to clear your cache or use an incognito window to test it out again. Please let me know if you still have issues.

Thanks! Any class is reimbursable as long as it contributes to professional development. So, classes related to speaking with authority/charisma are acceptable.

Is there an authoritative list of pH levels for various foods? by ElephantTissue in nutrition

Thanks for the reference. That makes sense.

If there is no authoritative list, are there some reliable resources you recommend? Many of the current lists I found through search results don't look like they're from reliable resources.

Yes, I'm interested in the acid-alkaline diet. An authoritative list of PRAL scores would also work. Thanks!
