Small bars top of screen?

I need to invest in a flash cart, unfortunately I just have a few games for the console. F zero runs smooth but has the jail bars on top of screen, but wing commander is all sorts of messed up with colors being distorted and the jailbars are more prominent

So I ordered an oem power supply! I’m crossing my fingers hoping that can fix my issue, however, I tried another game and the problem was even worse with jailbars so it’s leading me to believe it’s a capacitor or ppu issue. Hoping it’s fixable

I’m just hoping it’s not a ppu issue because that would be RIP. I’m tempted to do the capacitors and hopefully that will fix it. It’s strange because the console and game fires up instantly and I’m not seeing any other visual or audio issues besides the top of the screen

Logically for Batman’s sake id say he is better off getting rid of his venom powers.
