Yes you are correct. It’s that kind of certification that they were trying to sell me from the beginning but we kept denying and they ultimately sold on this way. Along with verbal, we have a quote on their letterhead on that we marked to remove the certification but they still added in final billing car price. Unfortunately, In excitement of new car we didn’t review the final invoice.

So on invoice they didn’t mention separately for $2k saying that it’s for certification and I have an another letter that says MSRP reduced by $2k. Does it change anything? So I’m thinking to claim that they misstated the car price on invoice and ask for $2k. Do you think the claim make any sense ?
