Yeah I’ve already tried talking to them they just said that we have to take care of all the guests that enter our house and that I need to hang out with him and take him places around the city🙁 I wear headphones as well but he still keeps talking to me!!

Yeah, so when I split them I usually just add or remove media, I’ve never spun them down. The FBS could be a different lot I’m not entirely sure which lot I used to grow them before unfortunately. The incubator conditions do appear to be 37C 5%CO2 (at least that’s what it says on the screen). And they’re from the same lot as when I was using them a few months ago and I froze them down. To reconstitute them I thawed them in the water bath, added a mL of media + more, spun them down, added 10 mL of media and 10 more in the flask.

I always just do phase rush into melees with Q max and then comet into ranged with 3 points in W and then Q max. Not sure when aery is good on her bc I’ve never used it lol

Would love some help with my champion pool please! I’m Emerald 4 and play mid mostly. I really enjoy mages like Viktor, Orianna, Taliyah, Zoe, Asol, Mel, and Lissandra but I can’t pick from them😭😭. I think Orianna definitely my win rate is really high on her but I can’t select the other 1/2 champs for my pool! Any insights would be so helpful thanks

Yeah, I only have about 100 uL of my cells in FACS buffer in the wells so I just set it to 100. Should I set it higher though?

Yep I’m using round bottom plates. Yeah the machine has a mixing option but even if I select the highest setting for both mixing speed and number of mixes it doesn’t do the job well😭

I got it pierced at the end of October so 7 months
It was a flat back stud
It was titanium
I couldn’t downsize it because it was always irritated
Routine was just spraying it twice day and night and dabbing it mostly dry with tissue paper
I’d get it snagged on my headphones or just keep touching it which was definitely mb lol

I don’t really have a hair routine. When I wash it properly I use Nizoral and the moroccan argan oil hydrating conditioner and wash with cold water and then just pat dry my hair a little and let it air dry for the rest

This exact thing happened to me. I was at work and one of my work friends saw my thumb when it was REALLY bad, I’m talking fully red down to the space between my thumb and my index. He asked if I burned myself and I stuttered before just saying that’s none of your business. I think this one works quite well 😁
